At Kolmena Construction, every remodel is special — but some projects truly touch our hearts. Today, we want to share one that's especially personal: the remodel kitchen (a love kolmena project), designed and executed with dedication, patience, and a whole lot of heart. The client? None other than the wife of our contractor, Fernando.
This project started in mid-summer and extended into early fall. Although it could have been finished sooner, Fernando — true to his work ethic — chose to leave his own home for last, always putting our clients first. That’s what being part of Kolmena means: others come first, always.

💡 What did we do in this project?
Completely redesigned the kitchen layout to maximize space.
Replaced all plumbing and electrical channels, ensuring a modern, safe, and efficient foundation.
Installed new ventilation ducts and an air conditioning system to enhance comfort and airflow.
It was a full remodel — from the inside out — with careful attention to every visible and hidden detail.
