Condo Building
Fernando and his team did a great job on some exterior concrete work and tuck pointing at our condo building. There had a lot of their schedule for the summer but were able to squeeze us. Everything looks great. Would highly recommend if you need some work done in the city.

Residential Concrete
Fernando and his team from Kolmena Construction did an excellent job on their repairs to my foundation. They reviewed the condition of my foundation carefully, talked me through all the things they would need to do, explained why certain areas required different remediation than other areas, and got the work done in a timely manner and to a high standard. This is the nicest I've ever seen my house look, and I'm glad to be secure in the knowledge that my foundation is well sealed.
