About Your Inspection

Complimentary Inspections: Please remember that our inspections are completely free of charge as long as they are conducted on a Sunday.

Confirmation: 2 to 3 days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email containing the contact information for your assigned contractor.

Access and Preparation: To ensure an accurate assessment, please make sure there is clear access to the areas being inspected (roofs, perimeters, or structures). An adult must be present during the visit.

Punctuality and Weather: We strive to remain on schedule. If weather conditions, Chicago traffic, or unforeseen external factors cause a delay, we will contact you immediately to reschedule.

Rescheduling or Cancellations: If you need to postpone or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by texting or calling: (833) 565-6362.

Turnaround Time: We process requests in the order they are received. During high-demand seasons, the delivery time for a quote may take up to 6 days.
